This website provides access to educational content, including online courses, downloadable materials, and lesson feedback tools. You must be at least 18 years old to access or purchase our materials. By using this website, you represent that you are 18 years of age or older, or you are using the site under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

All content on www.hymnswithphil.com—including video lessons, PDFs, chord charts, sheet music, course structures, images, and written content—is the exclusive property of Phil’s Impromptu Piano School. You may not share, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, or distribute any part of this content without express written permission.
3. License of Use
Upon purchase, you are granted a lifetime, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access the course material for your personal use only. You may not resell, lend, share, or publicly distribute the materials in any format.
4. Payment & Refund Policy
All payments are processed via Kajabi Payments using Stripe. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, and “Buy Now, Pay Later” services such as Klarna and Afterpay (note: these BNPL payments are governed by their respective terms, and you are responsible for fulfilling your agreement with them).
We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If you’re not satisfied, email [email protected] within 30 days of purchase. Include the course title, date of purchase, and reason for your request. Refunds are subject to proof of lesson completion to demonstrate effort and participation.
5. Access and Course Completion
Users have lifetime access to all purchased courses. Missed or failed payments for payment plan options (if made available in the future) may result in revoked access until resolved.
6. User Conduct and Community Guidelines
Students may leave comments and receive feedback within the course portal. We expect respectful, constructive communication. Hate speech, spam, harassment, or inappropriate content will result in immediate revocation of access without refund, at our sole discretion.
7. Privacy and Data Collection
We are committed to protecting your personal information. Our practices regarding the collection, use, and storage of data are outlined in our Privacy Policy.
We collect personal data including name, email, address, and payment information via Kajabi and Stripe. Your website behavior may also be tracked for performance optimization and advertising.
We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties. You may request deletion or updates to your personal information by emailing [email protected].
